NOROZE is an independent fashion label established in 2012. We specialise in affordable menswear, womenswear, and kidswear with worldwide shipping from the UK.

2. Account & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years of age to make a purchase on our website.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your account details are accurate and secure.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts at our discretion if we believe there is any misuse.

3. Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock errors.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • We accept major debit/credit cards and alternative payment options including Klarna, Clearpay, and PayPal.

  • Payments are securely processed via trusted third-party gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna).

  • Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

5. Delivery

  • We deliver to over 140 countries. Shipping costs and times vary depending on your location.

  • We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

  • Orders with Express or Premium Delivery include tracking information.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs or courier services.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • You have 30 days from the shipment date to return or exchange eligible items.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags.

  • Certain items are non-returnable (e.g. underwear, earrings, beauty products). See our Returns Policy for a full list.

  • Refunds are processed within 10–14 working days to your original payment method.

  • We are not responsible for returning parcels lost or damaged in transit.

7. Product Descriptions & Availability

  • We make every effort to display products accurately, including colour and sizing.

  • All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.

  • We may update product details, images, and pricing without prior notice.
