At Noroze, we want you to love every item you receive — but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. That’s why we offer a straightforward and fair return and exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience remains smooth and stress-free.
You may return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of the original shipment date. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges requested beyond this period will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
Unaltered and in original condition
Returned with all original tags and labels attached
Please Note – The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and safety reasons:
Intimates and underwear
Socks and tights
Bodysuits and shapewear
Earrings and hair accessories
Beauty or skincare products
Items that show signs of wear, such as stains, deodorant marks, makeup, fragrance, smoke, or other odours, will not be accepted. Accessories and footwear must be returned with their original packaging or box.
Once an exchange is requested, the original item must be returned within 14 days of that request. If the return is not received within this timeframe — and the overall 30-day return period has passed — the exchange will be automatically cancelled.
All returns must include proof of purchase. Your receipt is attached to your order confirmation email. Please include this with your return parcel to avoid any delays in processing.
Re-pack the item securely, including the completed packing slip.
Send your parcel to the return address provided in your return instructions.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service.
Please note: Noroze is not responsible for any return parcels lost or damaged in transit.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 10 to 14 working days to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
