How to order
- Hover over the category e.g Women, Men, etc and then select the product type e.g dress, sunglasses etc
- View the product you are interested in from the selection and click on the product photograph or name to open it to view all the details e.g sizes, price and the pictures
- Now you can click on the Add to basket button to place the item in your cart. You can then choose to continue to shop or access your shopping cart to checkout.
- In the shopping cart you can select the shipping option and proceed to checkout
- Enter the billing/delivery details.
- Select the payment method.
- Click on the Place Order button to confirm the order.
- You will receive an email confirming your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I request an exchange or return?

How Long is the period for returning or exchanging an item?
All returns or exchanges must be done within 30 days of your order’s original shipment date.
Can i return or exchange any item? (Non Returnable items)
Yes as long as item is in its original condition unworn, unwashed, unaltered with all its labels and tags on it. The following are exception to keep in mind.
- Intimates, underwear, socks, tights, earrings, hair accessories, body suits and beauty products.
- Damaged , washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant makeup, smoke, perfume or stains.
- Accessories and shoes without original box/packaging
Can I keep the original item after requesting an exchange or return with Noroze.com?
No if we have not received the item within 14 days of requesting an exchange, your request will be canceled if outside the 30 days return period.
Where can I find my receipt?
It will be attached to the original order confirmation email.
Receipt or the order number is essential to return or exchange the item. Please have it inside the item you returning.
How do I make an exchange or return?
- Fill out and include your packing slip in the return package.
- Mail to our return address
Noroze is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged
When will I receive the refund for my return?
You will get the refund in approximately 10-14 days in the same payment method used for purchase.

Where do you send my order?
It is sent to an address selected by you e.g home, work, etc Keep in mind we don’t send it to PO Box address.

No, unfortunately currently we don’t offer collection. But we are always working to make sure that are customers have all the best options available.
